Ski/Snowboard Rental FAQ

Q Where do I pick up my equipment?
A When we confirm your order we will indicate the nearest rental location.
 
Q Can I exchange my skis if I don't like them?
A Yes. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our product and service. We have several locations at each ski area that can help you.
 
Q If we arrive early, can we pick up our skis the day before?
A Absolutely, you may pick up anytime after 2 pm and there is no charge for that day's rental. If you have asked for a specific model, they may not be available until the following day.
 
Q What if I have my own boots?
A Simply choose the package you would like to reserve and indicate in the comments which skier has their own boots. We will then adjust the price accordingly on your confirmation.
 
Q Do I need to reserve skis for my Free Junior?
A Yes, we want to be sure we have the correct equipment available upon your arrival. A Junior is anyone that is 12 years of age or younger.
 
Q Do you have larger sized ski boots?
A We carry boots up to size 15. Surprisingly, they rent out quite often, so be sure to reserve in advance!
 
Q Can I exchange my ski rental for a snowboard?
A Certainly, you may switch from ski to snowboard or snowboard to ski. There may be a price adjustment.
 
Q What ski length should I rent?
A Simply leave that blank and our technicians will suggest a length based on your ski ability, height and weight.
 
Q Can you deliver my equipment to my hotel?
A No, to serve you properly, we need to have you come to the shop.
 
Q What if i return my skis early?
A You will be refunded for the unused days. Returns must be made prior to 9 am to receive credit for that day. If you have reserved for 5 days and your rental ends short of those 5 days, the reservation will be rated at the base rate without the discount.
 
Q Do you carry those new parbollic skis?
A Yes, we carry the shaped skis in our Sport, Performance and Demo packages.
 
Q We want to take a day off in the middle, how do I reserve this and can I get the 5+ day rate?
A Renting the equipment is like renting a car. If you do not use them for a day, you will have to pay for them unless you return them for that day. Therefore, you will need to make 2 separate reservations. The 5+ date rate is only available if the rental is for five consecutive days.
 
Q Can I reserve a specific ski?
A We cannot guarantee a specific ski will be available upon your arrival. However, we do guarantee a ski, snowboard, etc. will be available in the particular package you requested, i.e. Sport, Performance, Demo, etc. You may certainly put down your preference.
