All CERAX products are designed for nordic skis, alpine skis, and snowboards. There are two types of CERAX racing polymers, the Pro and AS-line. The AS product is for leisure and training skier, and it is offered only for wet and dry snow conditions. For the serious racers, who want to improve their time dramatically, the Pro line offers 5 different variants, each suited for specific snow conditions. The Pro #1, #2, and #4 coatings cover the majority of snow conditions, while the Pro #3 and #5 are designed for dry, new and cold snow conditions. Although, studies have shown the Pro #1, #2, and #4 have produced very fast skis in new and old snow conditions between -5° to 40° F.
